It is a family owned business, and the owners made sure my needs were met. They went above and beyond. I highly endorse this hotel! The owner even came and paid my restaurant bill because a restaurant did not take credit cards. I reimbursed him. The owner also walked with me to make sure I found my way to the restaurant.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, complete with a modern and spotless bathroom. The beds and pillows were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving excellent food at reasonable prices, making dining a pleasure. Adding to the experience was the exceptional staff—always warm, smiling, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and enhanced our overall experience. From the comfort of the rooms to the quality of service and dining, everything was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Very nice for transit traveler, not fare from the main roads. We stay two times there. Get very good room with a large roof terrasse. A very comfortable hotet, very sympathic staff. It will be not the last time that we will stay in this house

Room was big, clean and looked great, the 2 tvs came in handy. We were 3 people, and had enough space in the suite. A lot of space for storage also. The view we had towards the outside pools, the golf course and the mountains were a nice touch. The parking was plenty this time of the year as well, so no stress there either, and the staff was helpful and enough of them spoke English well. While not many options were available for breakfast, the food was good, so no complaints there. Also enjoyed the peace and quiet, and for the way we planned it (set up "base" here, then park the car at Inter expo, then go visit Sofia by metro), it was perfect.

Entering the place was so easy. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The owner was also great and super helpful when we needed some support. Super easy reachable by subway, not far away from the airport and at Kaufland you could find delicious fresh cooked food as well. I loved it and soon I'll be there again, this time with my boyfriend.
