Cosy Apartment Pravets Resort is located in Pravets and offers a restaurant, a bar and a garden. The property is 25 miles from Ribarica and free private parking is provided. Our host was very kind and available at all times on the phone. The flat was extremely cozy and comfortable, minimalistic decoration. We had immediately a feeling of peace and calm. Our host left coffee and other goodies for us. We will be back definitely!!
Located in Pravets in the Sofia Province region, One Bedroom Flat - Pravets Spa Resort has a balcony and mountain views. The host was amazing and provided exceptional service. He even went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and make us feel welcome as if in our own home. The communication was smooth and easy. The location of the unit is very nice, close to several old and beautiful monasteries, and close to day-hike trails in Etropole and Lukovit vicinity. The complex has an enormous outdoor pool, just 2 min walk (for a fee of 10 lv). The apartment is quiet, very suitable for remote work, with a great view of the mountains.
Lovely little town with a great restaurant " the green house" that serves amazing food at reasonable prices. A few little shops with a great little gift shop. Nearby golf course at rui pravets and indoor ten pin bowling alley near the rui pravets hotel..again good prices. Next door is a great outdoor swimming pool also with childrens pool for the summer months. They also serve food and drink here but a bit more pricey. The rui pravets apartments are located here too and are perfect for self catering in an ideal location. Thoroughly enjoyable place and only 45 minutes from Sofia airport. Definitely worth a visit even if it's only an overnight stop over.
The view is lovely from the room and a quiet setting. If they fixed lots of small niggles they could have something special. Sadly generic replies from Management to many past reviews which was again true in our visit, some comments to help: Must wear a hat in the pool - not clearly signed. No swimming hats available in the shop. Shouted at by a life guard after he had not moved from his iphone for an hour. No cocktails from the lobby bar, we tried to order 3 types. Lunch Food was really poor quality and expensive, I received wrong order. Check In at reception said breakfast until 10.30 but we arrived at 10am and food being cleared away. Staff mostly hostile or not engaging, I asked if they had black English Breakfast tea and they pointed rudely at Earl Grey. Pool area quite dirty with plaster, litter no one cleans it up, even after rain no one cleans the tables or corrects fallen down sun umbrella. I feel more signs would help guests, to tea of coffee facility in the room. No towel for the sun beds or pool area. You have to pay for the outside pool which was not given in the listing and the other activity centre is closed if you want bowling on a Monday. The dinner salad & cakes were excellent but the mains were school dinners all very dry and only plain rice or boiled potato such a shame.
Located on the shore of a lake, at the entry of the small town of Pravets, short distance away from the main highway, this huge 4 * hotel offers tranquility, pure air, golf field, bowling, massage, pools and, most importantly, an excellent spa. There was a long alley by the lake perfect for jogging plus a dedicated playground for skaters only. The receptionist was professional, although she refused to allow late check out. The all inclusive restaurant offered us plentiful and diverse food suitable also for vegetarians (as myself). It was not crowded. Some of the food was not fresh though. The quality of the food was good. I especially enjoyed the desserts. The staff at the restaurant should be more polite and smiling. There was a bar offering food and drinks. An ATM and couple of shops were available too. The room was quiet, comfortable and modern. Our room had a nice balkony with a table and two chairs. The rooms had started to wear out though. The courtains had couple of BIG holes. The bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet was large and had the usual hotel appliances. We were alone and loved the pool and at the spa. These areas were surprisingly cosy and clean. We enjoyed the lovely Russian souna, the Finnish souna, the steam bath, the ice room, the relax room, ... etc. Not all showers were functioning properly. There was an aditional pool for kids only. They have seasonal and interior pools (27 Celsius). The body lotion kit was missing in the bathroom and we asked at the reception for it. The TV in the room wasn't large enough. I have not opened the fridge and not used the safety box and the telephone. My girl lost her ring and they found it.
