AustriaThis hotel is a little oasis in Hamilton. The gardens are gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting sitting there with a coffee and listening to the birds. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable; and all staff members super polite and lovely. We didn’t feel like a guest, more like a family member. The location is ideal, just 5-10min walk to downtown Hamilton. We used the shuttle service to the airport (paid) and it worked flawlessly.

United KingdomWe were lucky enough to visit in early August, just before the hurricane. The Loren is beautifully located with the most extraordinary view (and sound) of the Atlantic Ocean. It's the most photogenic location with the best view of any restaurant on the island: the loudest sound being the waves. We hired bicycles and rode along the disused Bermuda railway which is stunning and everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The celebrity chefs visiting for special meals were a particular delight and we very much hope to return.

AustraliaThis is an excellent well located hotel. Staff are super helpful especially Tata and Rebecca along with Francis. The light breakfast was good and the evening cocktail hour excellent. Rooms were beautiful, clean and with all facilities we needed. Everything felt new and modern. We stayed for 6 nights and wished it could have been longer. United KingdomThe cottage was self contained and had everything I needed for a 10 night stay. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the living space comfortable.
I loved the location which was quiet and easily accessible. It was very close to the bus route to Hamilton and Dockyard.
I felt absolutely safe during my exploration of the local area and thoroughly enjoyed walking around. The sky at night was spectacular with the lack of light pollution!
I would stay here again when I return to Bermuda!!

Te restaurant was closed for renovations for the first couple of days. The hotel did provide a boxed breakfast and lunch for all guests as well as free shuttles to bring us into town for dinner. They also have the best beach for you to enjoy. It is very spacious and so quiet. It is certainly an hidden gem. Our accommodations were top notch, what an incredible view! The kitchen has everyting you could possibly need to cook a meal.
Also, thank you to Flo who took very good care of us for the duration of our stay.

I liked the very premium feel to the hotel, particularly that even though fully booked, it didnt seem crowded at all.
I had lots of space and facilities across the hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay.

The hotel staff was very nice, my first room was not the best, but it was challenged with no issues or hesitation. The cleaning staff was not the best.
