I didn't have an opportunity to have breakfast. Bruno, staff member, at night helped me tremendously with my problem getting taxi early in the morning. His English was very good and I was able to understand him clearly. He also communicated with my Brazilian daughter-in-law and reassured her that I left for the airport with the taxi he arranged on time. Everything went very smoothly. Bruno is an excellent employee. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I also found an excellent pizza restaurant nearby which was very convenient since I didn't have a car.

Exceptional care by the hotel staff! We arrived in the middle of the night, got into our room and noticed that both the sink and bidet were practically unusable because they were leaking in all directions. Being super tired we decided not to change the room then. In the morning the hotel sent a message to check on how we were doing, we reported the leaks, and went down to breakfast They repaired both things while we were at breakfast and when we returned we had a full functional bathroom. Thanks for listening!
