Popular with Brazilian vacationers, Pipa is a cute, tourist oriented town. There are a wide range of accomodations and good restaurants. It has a very beach casual vibe.
There are several nice beaches close by, although the one at the center of town is not usable during high tide. For surfers, there are three different breaks nearby that will provide waves for every level of ability.

I spent about 8 days and Pipa and it was the perfect amount...
I spent about 8 days and Pipa and it was the perfect amount of time to settle in and learn about the town. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone. During the day I would walk everywhere and at night my accommodation had a shuttle that would bring you to and from the central area. The beaches are beautiful! I found two different yoga classes and went surfing at Praia do Amor.

Excellent! Beautiful beaches, different food types, excellent environment.
Not totally prepared for people who have difficulties for walking, the city has lot of streets to “climb” when walking. Almost all the street have “paralelepipedos”

Pipa has beautiful beaches and the landscapes are breathtaking. It was one of the most beautiful places that I had a chance to go in Natal. However the prices in the city are quite expensive for leisure, food and shopping.

I travelled for a month from Maceio to Natal, seeing the most amazing beaches and more, but Pipa is something else.
I want to keep going back every year if I can, and I am the kind of person that never goes back to the same destination. So...
Especially if you like surfing, you HAVE to visit PIPA :)

From the resort, you can walk to the major dining options and bars within ten minutes and the strip in five minutes. Cars and motorcycles share the road, but because so many people are strolling around, the motor vehicles often travel slower. Along the route, there are many stores, marketplaces, restaurants, bars, and churches.
This place is quite popular with tourists, and security is very important to them. We strolled through various parts of the day and night and always felt secure. We encountered so many foreigners that I was astounded.

it was perfect for our family of five, great location, its on the quiet street but at the same time close to the main street with lots of restaurants and shops around. Great facilities and gardens, our children quite enjoyed the swimming pool. Stuff was attentive, when we had the issue with the coffee maker in the apartment, it was changed to a new one immediately. All in all it had exceeded my expectation for the price we paid. Definitely will stay there again on our next trip to Pipa.

Simple, laid-back accommodation with colourful décor and lots of character. Comfortable beds, good shower and wifi. Great outdoor breakfast (mostly homemade) on the terrace, with visits from marmosets and a occasionally a white-eared opossum (timbu). Staff only around in the morning but friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Also convenience stores. Pipa is really quite small, so everywhere is in easy walking distance, including the various beaches.

I want to mention the exceptional staff at Kûara; Emmeline, Albert, Vini and Beto. They all went out of their way to accomodate the guests. Super friendly and helpful and hard workers too! They made us feel só at home! And it helps that Kûara Pipa is a little paradise; quitely tucked away in the forest.

The staff was the highlight of our stay! From the reception welcome to Pipa to the check out arrangements. We went to the sister hotel for food most nights and it was delicious, specially the waiter Renato that always welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of care.

Our unit was 213. Pool areas were really nice. Location just 10 minutes to center of Pipa. Nice large balcony with a hammock. Comfy bed, good AC units. Lili, our host contact, was very responsive and helpful!
