The property had excellent room service by taking my order for breakfast everyday and delivering my food to my room at a set time.

If you want to stay in a quiet, peaceful valley surrounded by rice fields, then I suggest you stay here. The staff are exceptional here. Highly recommend. Bear in mind that the downtown is a bit of a walk from this place.

A very good Property... They provide us a quick laundry. Adjusted as per our arrival timing without any questions. Provided us packed breakfast of our choice as we were leaving very early

The hot stone bath was definitely something we looked forward to after a long day. The staff were extremely nice and cheerful. Additionally , they had organised a private camp fire just for us. In the cold weather, this became the way we celebrated our night. Out doors in 4°C but still warm and filled with laughs.

I loved everything about the property . Like seriously i am not making this up. It was so peaceful with beautiful rooms with large windows which were aesthetically appealing and pleasing. At night i came out for a walk and was mesmerised by the cool breeze and the sound of the river nearby. There was even a fireplace and the flowers were so pretty. My mother asked for the flower stem and i am not sure if it was the owner himself but they cut three rose stems for us and gave tips to plant the flower. And there were pretty cute cats surrounding the property. It was really a country side pleasure 🌲🌿🍃☘️🌱. 10 on 10 I would definitely visit the property again in the future. 🥰❤️ Thank you to the staff ❤️

Our recent stay at Zhiwa Ling was nothing short of extraordinary, not just for the serene beauty and comfort the hotel offers, but more so for the unparalleled compassion and support shown by the staff during a very unexpected and difficult time for our family. Upon arriving in Bhutan, we were captivated by the charm of Paro town and the hotel room and grounds. However, my mother suddenly fell ill, and the response from the Zhiwa Ling team was was nothing short of exceptional and deeply moving. From the moment we sought help, the staff treated us not as guests, but as their own family. They coordinated immediate medical support, ensured our comfort at every step, and went out of their way to check on her throughout each day and night we were there. Their empathy, warmth, and sense of responsibility were truly remarkable. In a foreign country, far from home, it's rare to find such genuine human connection. The entire experience reminded us that hospitality, at its best, is about heart, not just service. To the Zhiwa Ling team—thank you. We will never forget your kindness. You not only made our stay comfortable, you gave us strength when we needed it most. We would like to especially thank Pema who was very kind at reception, Pemba the amazing manager and Sonam our incredible driver. Pemba and Sonam, in particular, stayed with us each step of the way guiding and reassuring us. They became our extended finally. peaceful location. around 20 minutes drive from airport. wonderful service and extremely helpful, kind staff. beautiful compounds and building. tasteful amenities provided - blow dryer, comb, toothbrush, shaving kit, shower cap, bath robes, slippers, bottles of water. thoughtful furniture in 306- good size sofa, bench for luggage, closet. nice balcony area for sitting.
