SwitzerlandThe Inn is very spacious, there is really lots of space to park your car. The rooms are large, enough space for two people with lots of luggage. Water kettle, coffee and snacks are provided, as well a fridge with water. Tom and his staff are very helpful with just all. The pool is clean, a cosy bar and seating area is very nicely furnished. You have access to the river, if you wish to see it with water or without. That depends to see with water, in which season you are traveling. :D The Inn is about 250 - 300 meters away from the main road, which is a huge plus. You do not hear the noise from the road at all. Overall, I can highly recommend it.

We had an excellent guide who took us onto the salt pans at...
We had an excellent guide who took us onto the salt pans at the Makgadikgadi nature reserve (- I would strongly recommend a local guide, as there are a myriad of tracks and our guide (Jean) knew where good places for animal spotting were). We saw many animals, including some rare bird species, and an 800+ year baobab, but our lasting impression was just how peaceful it was there.

Fantastic location, super quiet after a long days' travel.
Fantastic location, super quiet after a long days' travel. Super pool for sunny hot desert days. Lovely bar and chairs around the pool. Situated on the river, and feels private. Sparkling clean and mega friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

First things First!
First things First! You cannot get lost getting to this Place! It is on the Main Road from Francistown to Nata. The Signage is Good! The minute you hop off your vehicle you know you've made the right choice. The Sounds of Nature, The Air or should I say Atmosphere. The Staff! Perfect!!

i loved the makgadikgadi pans , great view! but bad service at the reception area.
had a bush braai at the elephant sands ,the area needs structure for safety though
it is also very easy to get around NATA
paddling into the nata river is a good activity to experience as couples

Nata Lodge is a great place to stay with easy and efficient...
Nata Lodge is a great place to stay with easy and efficient access to the Makgadikadi Pans and Nata Sanctuary. A pristine and very different place. Just awesome to experience it. At least a day or two to get out onto the pans is a must. Nata Lodge provides such guided trips. We ate at Nata Lodge and their beef hamburgers were awesome...as they describe them themselves! They did measure up!

Nata is a lovely village with excellent tourist...
Nata is a lovely village with excellent tourist opportunities because of the nearby bird sanctuary. There are limited self-catering accommodation venues in the area since one of the lodges burnt down.
There is great potential, but I think it is being exploited by some of the establishments as they are below standard expectations.
