I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. Plus, the ability to flip through channels and watch YouTube/Netflix made it even better. Not to mention, the hotel offers fantastic airport landing views. Highly recommend!

The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though.

The room size (2 Queens Bed) is big. No good view though. The location is near the CrossIron Mills Outlet where I would like to spend a full day shopping and near the Calgary International Airport where I would be going to catch a plane. Didn't like that they didn't do housekeeping despite me staying for 2 nights - no making the bed, emptying the dustbins, changing the towels. There was no door card for me to indicate that I would like the room cleaned. The breakfast was pathetic. Would prefer they charge lower for room rate and do not provide breakfast as plenty of options at the CrossIron Mills Outlet.

Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in.

Balzac itself has no facilities that we were interested in. This hotel is close to Balzac but we went to Airdrie to the restaurant called Brewsters but are many other eating places available. Airdrie is a short drive north on highway #2 This hotel is very close to Cross Iron Mills mall , Costco and also Century Casino & Racetrack. The Calgary Airport is also not that far away.
