United StatesThey did not have a complimentary breakfast, which would have been nice. Comfortable bed, nice room. Called the front desk as we needed coffee pods and they brought them to the room. When the person came with the coffee, I asked him where the ice machine was and he offered to get it for us. Excellent service!

We were there because my husband had his pre-op at Toronto Western and my niece and her husband drove us from your hotel in Barrie to the hospital and then back to the hotel. We didn’t explore the city as we headed home the next day.

As contrary on the web site, there was no yogurt nor fruits at the breakfast.
The pool heater was broken and the water temperature was 15 degrees. Although I advice twice the reception about this, nothing was done to solve this issue during my 4 nights stay.
The toilet next to the entrance were kept lock all the time and we could not use it. There were people smoking PUT (marihuana) all around the hotel, next their room and the smell was horrible and disgusting.
Worst hotel I have been this year. Not worth the price.

We booked the room only because it said there was no cancellation fees. We got there and noticed not one car was in the parking lot. A homeless person was staking out our vehicle while we checked the room’s cleanliness. After seeing the room, we chatted with the clerk which was very rude as we asked to cancel. He said it couldn’t be cancelled and to call bookings.com. When booking with this site, it clearly said ‘can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee). I am very disappointed and would not recommend this site.

I like the idea of your tea and coffee available all the time in the lobby. Very nice gesture after a long drive.
