We have travelled extensively all over the world and have stayed in 3-5 star places most of the time. These guys get it: Extremely clean rooms, the thermostat is adjustable (and responds quickly), the showers have excellent pressure and drain, the bathroom vanity has space to place your toiletries, the rooms and the beds are big and comfortable with lots of pillows, the mini fridge is empty so you can put stuff in it, there are big desks and space to place your luggage, breakfast is what you need and the pool has a hot tub and a water slide. Last but not least, the staff is extra friendly and competent. Thank you for getting all the important basics right! Would love to stay again and can’t recommend enough.

I was travelling with my son, an I accidentally booked a single queen size bed. All my mistake. The person at the counter asked if I’d meant to do this and when I said no she immediately changed it to a room with twin beds…without me asking. Great service!!!

Breakfast was a typical bag lunch due to Covid so not great. My husband and I really enjoyed the reservation for the pool so we had everything to ourselves for an hour!
