This location is my #1 recommendation for PEI. Floyd is an amazing host, the property is in a great location. Not far from Cavendish or Kensington. There is an indoor mini-rink, full-size pool table, ping pong table and dart board in the basement so you are never without entertainment. 10/10 stay.

The cottage was not only clean but also has everything we need. We love the new gaming room and enjoyed the whole playground not only for kids but there are plenty of sports items you can use and play as a family or with group of friends. It is true that we don't need to go out the premises because there are lots of things to do. The hammocks are great for relaxation. Did I mention that we were blasting the videoke but the cottage is I guess sound proof and nobody hears it from outside? We would be coming back soon!

Very private and quiet area with only 4 cottages on the property. Mavis was very friendly and let us know that absolutely anything we needed we could just call her. Cottage had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, and it was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.

Im sure Cavendish in the Summer would be amazing , but during the fall nothing was open , not even Tim Hortons cause" they close for the season? ".. alot of the shops and food places were also closed ..and what was opened closed super early .

Cavendish is the best spot to go if you're a tourist.

Cavendish is the best spot to go if you're a tourist. There is a lot of little shops all close together, each one has some of the same items just everyone has a wide variety of each. Some of the different things at most places are: clothing, jewelry, mugs, little souvenirs that has "PEI" or "Cavendish". Cavendish has lots of different places to stay and eat! There are beautiful beaches and lighthouses nearby. It is very easy to get around.

Cavendish is definitely one part of the island that needs...

Cavendish is definitely one part of the island that needs exploring, fabulous beaches, amusement for the kids, shopping at the boardwalk and minutes away from seafood dining, captains cove cafe, fishermen warf. There’s something for everyone.

It was great.

It was great. Everything Anne of Green Gables was fun and well done. The boardwalks were fun for shopping. The beach was a bit cold the day we went. I recommend renting a car for easy access to the sights.

The location was great -- 5 minutes from the National Park (a few more minutes up the road to the beach where you can walk and swim). The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff was great -- friendly and knowledgeable. Free laundry in the evenings. Lots of fun things to do in Cavendish and a short drive away that are not "Anne" based.

So much to like. Lovely room with attractive bedding, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. They have a great location in the heart of Cavendish attractions. Ample parking, and BBQ on the front veranda. The pricing was very alreasonable in the off season.
