The cottage was not only clean but also has everything we need. We love the new gaming room and enjoyed the whole playground not only for kids but there are plenty of sports items you can use and play as a family or with group of friends. It is true that we don't need to go out the premises because there are lots of things to do. The hammocks are great for relaxation. Did I mention that we were blasting the videoke but the cottage is I guess sound proof and nobody hears it from outside? We would be coming back soon!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cottage was huge and we were grateful that everything was supplied for our use, kitchen towel, tin foil, toilet paper, toiletries etc. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the property was well maintained and clean. The on site laundry was a great bonus too.

Location was great, lots of privacy which works quite well for us. Tons of room, ocean view, 5 minutes from all the attractions Cavendish has to offer. We will definitely stay here again if it is available, very satisfied with our stay. Thanks.

We were in an off-season, so a lot of places were closed.

We were in an off-season, so a lot of places were closed. We mainly wanted to see the famous beach and it was great! It was clear that Cavendish is really a summer tourist's town. We also enjoyed a very nice view of a bay, walking along a long wooden sidewalk, nearby at North-Rustico. It is very easy to see all the main attractions all on Cavendish Drive. People were friendly and many were saying hello!

Very busy tourist destination.

Very busy tourist destination. Went to Cavendish Boardwalk, Avonlea Boardwalk, as well as Mariner's Cove Boardwalk, where the boys did mining for gems also ordered pizza from Grego, Sandspit, Marco Polo Land and of course ice cream. My husband and I had lunch at this new Receiver Coffee Co. and it was delicious.

Cavendish was a great place to visit with many shops for all your needs. The people were friendly and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The landscape is very beautiful with lots of tourist sites to explore. I will be visiting this lovely place again in the future !!

Loved the friendly staff also every where we went people were friendly. Restaurants served way too much food for me but I’m a small eater. Stores were well stocked Attractions were fun. Enjoyed our time

Terrible experience at Just Johnny's restaurant. Wait was long, order was incorrect, we ended up without something we ordered because it would take too long to make another, but still paid $85 for a meal we didn't get.

Just a shade of its former self.

Just a shade of its former self. Still some good attractions for smaller kids (under 12) Many of the more gimmicky attractions have disappeared which is fine by me. Amazing beaches and decent golf options but still a tourist trap at heart. Kind of a food and drink desert however. If it isnt deep fried and unhealthy they probably don't have it. Usually I make the short trip to North Rustico to eat. Cavendish could really improve in thr food and drink sector.

Hosts were friendly and responsive. The house, being older was surprisingly well maintained and lovingly cared for. The hosts were genuinely concerned about our comfort and responded to every need promptly. For those not wanting a sterile hotel room and a place that feels more like home, this place is worth considering. There's a playground for younger children and lots of space to take a walk. It's only ~3 Kms from the Cavendish amenities which is where we spent most of our time.

The location was great -- 5 minutes from the National Park (a few more minutes up the road to the beach where you can walk and swim). The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff was great -- friendly and knowledgeable. Free laundry in the evenings. Lots of fun things to do in Cavendish and a short drive away that are not "Anne" based.

The room was charming! They had all the adventure we needed. The host, Cameron, was very helpful. He has written a wonderful itinerary of how to. Properly explore the Cavendish area - E followed his suggestions and had a great day!
