United KingdomOur stay at Holiday Inn Express Dryden was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. What truly made our stay outstanding was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Tousif, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and pleasant check-in. He was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort. I was sleeping on the sofa bed, and he personally helped me set it up and made sure everything was perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly valued. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a wonderful ambassador for IHG.

They have a really pretty river with falls but there is a...
They have a really pretty river with falls but there is a big pulp plant in the center of town that smells absolutely awful. All the air within a 10 mile radius stunk. As long as you use a large scale hotel like Best Western or something like that, then dont bother going.

Breakfast was appreciated. The breakfast coffee was very good.
This is an extremely convenient way for us to attend Sunday worship service at Trinity Baptist Church in the downstairs boardroom when we travel through Dryden.
We enjoyed seeing a herd of deer out of our window in the morning, grazing on lawns across the street.

Well it's a beautiful hotel, pool, restaurant ,and breakfast off the full breakfast menu pretty awesome. Paid a little more for the room, but would do it again Thanks Best Western, Dryden.
