My two sisters, my daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at the Traverston Retreat B&B. I can’t tell you how pleased we were with our stay. From the moment we drove down the lane until we left, we knew we had booked the right spot.  David and his dog Harry made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The home and all the furnishings were absolutely inviting. We spent a lot of time on the porch/covered veranda just chatting or enjoying the peace and tranquillity. We even had the choice of breakfast out there or in the beautiful big country dining room.  The smell of fresh coffee and pastries right out of the oven told me we were in for a treat. David provided a wonderful spread for breakfast that included so many choices I had a hard time deciding what to have.
