The staff were fantastic and every little detail was perfect. We were celebrating my partners birthday with a trip around Canada. We were only staying one night and were greeted with a bottle of fizz and it was one of our favourite places out of the trip. Even better than the chateau Lake Louise! Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer.

The view was spectacular and we were able to get our rooms at 2PM. Fitness room was great. In room dining had a great menu for kids and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel offers great hospitality. The service is pleasant. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The front desk is wonderfully pleasant, and the shuttle staff are quick and always smiling. They offer morning coffee and tea at 3:00, and are always there to meet your needs. They always do everything you ask of them, so you can trust them. The food is also delicious.

I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, however guys at the reception made sure it could have priority cleaning. I was so tired and I have so appreciated it! service makes a massive difference to me!

Great facility and location. The Paradise Lodge was the closest accommodation at Lake Louise that wasn't the Fairmont. It was about a mile walk but, again the closest available with a very scenic, safe walk along the river on a new path. Big bonus of free parking as parking at the lake was expensive and nearly impossible to get (full by 8 am). The rooms were large and featured a full kitchen, living room, balcony and large bedroom. Rooms were very clean on arrival and cleaned with everything replenished daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location super quiet with views out to the trees and mountain peek throughs. Internet was very good.

This was BY FAR the cleanest and best accommodation on our 4 week Canada trip. Great furniture, great tv, great kitchen and just a cozy place. Simply amazing after a day of hiking. Great location, pretty much in the middle of everything, yet nothing too close. Banff, Lake Louise, Peyto Lake and Takakkaw Falls are all easily reachable. If you stay here, eat at the truffle pigs bistro. It‘s really good. You may have to wait for a table though. Luc, the host, is super friendly and everything went great. We fell in love with canada and luc’s place. We will be back as soon as we can.
