The staff was great - everyone we interacted with was so nice. Plus the event staff and guide staff (Harrison, Ethan and Mike!) made the trip so much more fun! Spa was also wonderful and so was food - the Guide’s Pantry also had yummy options and was open mostly all day, which was great. Highly recommend!

The breakfast had a big variety of items and they were very good. Our room #113 was very nice with every imaginable convenience. We haven’t skied in years, but I have never seen ski boot dryers in a room before. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. The weather was beautiful for our Glacier Sky Walk adventure.

Location is very good that is only 4 minites by drive to Lake Louise. And they also provide private shattle reservation to Lake Moraine! Staff in this hotel are very kind and friendly.

Exclusivity of the lodges, especially in the evening and early morning. Having such an incredible area, mostly to yourself for those time periods is epic!
