The staff were fantastic and every little detail was perfect. We were celebrating my partners birthday with a trip around Canada. We were only staying one night and were greeted with a bottle of fizz and it was one of our favourite places out of the trip. Even better than the chateau Lake Louise! Would love to come back and stay for a lot longer.

Great restaurants and a superb view - unique in many ways. Breakfast was an pleasant experience, especially with the baked goods that you can freely take out, which incentive to do so by the friendly staff. Main restaurant has great food and expert waiters/waitresses that explain all detail to you. Beds were very comfortable and room very adequate. Even though the hotel is not that new, everything looked very modern.

Great location to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The Samson Mall and the gas station are located just across the road. Convenience is a big plus. We love the complimentary breakfast with a nice variety. It certainly saves us time having to look elsewhere.

Great facility and location. The Paradise Lodge was the closest accommodation at Lake Louise that wasn't the Fairmont. It was about a mile walk but, again the closest available with a very scenic, safe walk along the river on a new path. Big bonus of free parking as parking at the lake was expensive and nearly impossible to get (full by 8 am). The rooms were large and featured a full kitchen, living room, balcony and large bedroom. Rooms were very clean on arrival and cleaned with everything replenished daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location super quiet with views out to the trees and mountain peek throughs. Internet was very good.
