The rooms were comfortable and intimate, though I had booked a room with a view on the lake, but in fact the view was more on the roof of the neighboring lodge. Still, the place is so stunningly beautiful that even the roof contributed to the charm. Strongly recommend the walk around the lake. And also strongly recommend the restaurant, our dinner there was excellent and the service impeccable. So a big thank you to all the staff.
PS: If you light up the fireplace in the room, the smoke alarm will go on and a very nice person will knock on your door to ask if all is OK. So may be, open the window to let the smoke out.

Absolutely stunning location! We were delighted to get a lake facing room in one of the small buildings (most rooms are actually lake facing). Beautiful jaccuzi and fireplace, really nice restaurant. Trails from very easy to difficult are accessible directly from the hotel. The shuttle bus system from the car park is very well organised, even at busy times there's practically no wait for the shuttle.

Right on beautiful Emerald Lake with rustic lodge character. Quieter location than other accommodations on the lake in the Banff/ Jasper. It is more beautiful than seen in pictures. Food from
the restaurant is really good. lovely hot-tub with lake view and very courteous staff. Rooms were spacious, private comfy and we had lake view from 211 and 212 balcony. Easy access to overnight parking was provided by hotel via Shuttle.

The location cannot be beaten!! You are right on the lake & the lodges are very cute. The staff are super friendly & the shuttle down to the car park works very well. The breakfast was good (a little expensive) & the rooms were very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful cabin room overlooking the lake. The food at the main lodge either in the lounge or restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were very good as were the cleaning and transport staff (from the car park).
The scenery here is just outstanding. The walk around the lake and the local trails should not be missed.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. You cannot prepare yourself for the stunning views. We stayed in the Winter and the whole place was covered in snow and absolutely beautiful.
Every single member of staff that we came across was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were so impressed!
The shuttle between the resort and the overnight parking is so well run and very efficient!

Our room had an amazing view of the lake. Loved the location of the Lodge for hiking and renting canoes. Friendly staff took great care of us at the restaurant, bar, front desk and during the ride from the parking lot. Enjoyed visiting with the staff and miss their beautiful accents! Excellent food too!
