EVERYTHING! The entire experience was amazing. We loved our stay. The cabins were perfect, the facilities were outstanding and we loved our spot with the fire pits and picnic table right outside our doorstep. Our children gravitated to the games room and pool. From the point of arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and a ton of information. The front end was wonderful at answering my questions and pointing me in the direction I needed to go. My room was upgraded to 2 queens and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable room! The shower was clean, and the water pressure was divine after a long drive. My boys loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and I enjoyed the steam room. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meals were lovely. All the staff that we came across were super kind, well-kept, and professional. Outside, located around the buildings, there were warm fires going with many chairs for guests. We very much enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back again!

- View from room and balcony is pyramid lake. It is so beautiful - Staff is so friendly and helpful - There is an ice machine. It is very good for summer! - Boat rental for free for all hotel guests - Car parking is in front of the building and it is free. It is so convenience - We had to evacuate from Jasper because of wildfire and we pray for the hotel and Jasper to overcome this hard time.

We stayed in private room with three beds and own bathroom. Everything was good. There wasn’t free parking space for our car but there is street with free parking very close to the hostel.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and it looked exactly like the photos. Location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. Though there may not be parking in the parking lots, there is free parking on nearby streets.
