Flin Flon is a mining town surrounded by miles and miles of lakes and bush. If you enjoy fishing, hunting and outdoor activities, it's the place to go. If not, there's not much reason to visit other than the fact the country is absolutely beautiful.

The fascinating rock formations and the many lakes. The museum was closed due to COVID-19 but we could browse outside - old trains, wagons and mining equipment. Tourism clerk was helpful. Only 2 hours’ drive from Wekusko Falls - a great trip even though the road to Snow Lake is in a very poor condition.AquariaCanada - 10
The town is clean with lots of rock, trees and water.
The town is clean with lots of rock, trees and water. The people are friendly. It looks unique with all the rock, hills, curves and lakes. Chicken Chef is a nice restaurant. There are not a lot of shopping places or restaurants. The mine is working, but doesn’t spew any smoke. Good air quality.
