Ocean views are offered from this Ingonish motel. A microwave and mini refrigerator are featured in each guest room. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Highland Links golf course is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Exellent location, amazing ocean view, comfortable bed and clean room, a bit small, but equipped with everything we needed, fridge, microwave, coffee and coffee maker ......price is reasonable in that area. Definitely recommend!
Located on the Cabot Trail and 0.6 mi, from Ingonish Beach, this Nova Scotia lodge offers free WiFi. Friendly and helpful owners who went out of their way to assist us. They assisted us with a toaster and a few other things. very quiet but we liked that after a long day of hiking and exploring. would definitely come back! thank you!
Located just off the Cabot Trail, and offers an views of the ocean. The cabin features a kitchenette and a lush garden. We have traveled all over the world, and I would rank Seascape in the top five places we have stayed! We loved everything about it. I highly recommend it!
Offering 295 feet of private beach, the waterfront property of Lantern Hill & Hollow is located on North Bay Beach. Great location, amazing view and beautifully furnished. We loved the patio (covered) with the lounge chairs and the big windows toward the Atlantic. Notable as well: A wonderful garden with a direct beach access.
With sea views, Knotty Pine Ocean Front Cabin - Adults Only No Pet is located in Ingonish Beach and has a restaurant and snack bar. The environment is simply wonderful! The room is also super clean! The boss didn't ask us to compensate for breaking a cup carelessly. Extremely good attitude. It's a pity that this time it's only one day. I must go ag
Ingonish is a wonderful piece of heaven in Nova Scotia. The views are beautiful-breath taking! There are a myriad of hiking trails with various levels of difficulty and beautiful views. The Skyline Trail is not to be missed! There are several beaches and fresh water lakes. Opportunities to rent kayaks, sups, etc. Whale watching & other organized tours. There are helicopter tours to view the area and a wonderful gondala taking you to the top of Cape Smokey with a nice trail leading to a lake & various viewing platforms. The best sunsets in Nova Scotia! If shopping is your thing there are numerous local boutiques with hand crafts such as glass blowing, award winning handmade quilts, wood working, pottery, etc. There are some great restos for fine dining, or causual for a drink or burgers or a lobster roll. Highland Links Golf Course is excellent, rated 1 of the best in Canada. You may find yourself teeing off next to a moose. Ingonish is full of natural wonders and things to do for all ages. A must see destination.
Love Ingonish, the weather was perfect for our trip, the beaches are beautiful, and the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. We had dinner at the Seagull restaurant, their food is just amazing, there were four of us and we each ordered a different meal from the menu, all four meals were perfect, huge plates of delicious food. We went at the end of July and stayed at the Sea breeze cabins which we loved. My morning view, sitting on the deck looking out towards the ocean was just what I needed even the local wildlife came to visit( a rabbit, a chipmunk and the tweeting of the birds) just made everything so much more relaxing. I’m not much of a swimmer but there is a spot just up from the cabins near the wharf that you can swim, it’s quiet and the sand and water are beautiful ( we love that spot). We were in the middle of a heat wave so the beach was the perfect spot to melt away.
Franey Trail is nearby and it is a challenging 3 hour loop. Enjoyed it a lot. Bring a walking stick. Mosquitoes increased as the day progressed. Our evening in June was uncomfortable. Not many restaurants. We wound up at Brookside takeout stand with awesome lobster rolls.
Ingonish has a lovely beach. Very easy to get around. We had dinner at the Seagull restaurant which I would highly recommend both for service, food quality and quantity. A good breakfast option is the Bean Barn Cafe and Deli. We would have loved to do the smoke head trail but couldn't due to inclement weather
The Freshmart in Ingonish is a great little grocery store where you can get most anything you would need. The variety of trails was wonderful for all the ages and abilities our family comprised from 6 years old to teen boys to grandparents. The beach across from Sea Breeze cottages was amazing with both sand and rocks to climb, and gorgeous views.
I always love Ingonish-have been visiting there every year for many, many years-appreciated the newly paved roads Disappointed that my favourite beach--Ingonish Beach is covered with rocks-hardly any beach-used to be a amazing beach--North Beach was the better choice this year--hope they take care of this soon-hardly any people at Ingonish Beach which is usually crowded this time of year. Not many places for Breakfast-a couple of my favourite restaurants open at noon and most restaurants close at 8pm However will always love the fabulous scenery in Ingonish and the friendly people Lots of interesting craft shops
We spent one night at the Sea Breeze Motel while travelling along the Cabot trail. The place was easy to find; check-in was simple and easy; and the staff went the extra mile to help us out when we forgot something there after check-out! Overall, very pleased with the experience.
The location was good, not a far drive from any of the beaches (but nowhere in Ingonish is) The breakfast was okay, but there is a cafe right next door that does a much better job at making coffee.
The location was great. It was set in the middle of Ingonish, so you could travel to locations from either direction. It was very clean.
Beautifully nestled and fantastically appointed cabins with a spectacular view of the mountains; truly a must stay in Ingonish.
We have traveled all over the world, and I would rank Seascape in the top five places we have stayed! We loved everything about it. I highly recommend it!
