We are visiting Nova Scotia for our honeymoon, and after driving all day stopped for dinner at the restaurant across the street. We hadn’t booked a place to stay yet but saw the Skyline across the road, which we booked online and headed over. We were greeted by whom I believe is the owner - an extremely sweet woman who helped us with recommendations to explore Cape Breton the following day! Once we arrived at our unit it was extremely cozy and clean, and very comfortable! It had all the amenities you could need and more, along with privacy as all the units were separate. We enjoyed a cup of coffee in the morning on the front porch before heading out - highly recommend this spot! Friendly staff, great location and wonderful facilities!

Great basic motel with everything that we needed for an overnight stay. In their "instruction" booklet they were good enough to include the names of local eateries and the distance to them (thoughtful). We were already on the road when we received a call about a sweater that was left behind. Too far to turn back and the gentleman agreed to send it. This was done promptly and followed up with an email. Talk about great service!

We loved staying here despite most restaurants closing for the end of the season. The walks here and the scenery is fabulous. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The views from the front rooms were delightful.
