Cottage Room 17 was cowboy-themed, which was such a great surprise and made for a truly unique experience. I had a lot of fun taking pictures with the cowboy hat and browsing through the collection of Western novels. Upon arrival, I was also invited to pick some plums from the plum tree behind the room. They were absolutely delicious and such a lovely little touch that made the stay even more memorable!

We would stay here again any time! The apartment was great: we loved the decoration in the room and how comfy the bed was. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed for cooking a good breakfast. There was a coffe machine and a kettle for hot water. There was also a folder with all kinds of information on the property, on Brockville, what to do in the area and where to dine. The parking lot for the car was very spacious and right next to the house. The location of the property is right next to the Brockville rail tunnel.

Overlooking Saint Lawrence River, this Johnstown inn is less than 1 km from the Canada/USA Bridge.

This is an absolutely delightful B&B, steeped in history, with wonderful hosts, in a lovely town. Ida and David made us very welcome. Our room was great and breakfast was outstanding. There are also two large, comfortable sitting areas for guests, with lots of interesting books to browse through. There are excellent restaurants and cafés within a few minutes walk, too. We very much enjoyed exploring Brockville and learning about its history. We would highly recommend this B&B and wished we had stayed more than one night. Thanks again, Ida and David.
