Kelowna is a vibrant and welcoming city with a great balance of activity and relaxation. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and laid-back, and it's easy to get around. Downtown offers plenty of activities, from waterfront walks and local events to shopping and entertainment. The city also has an impressive variety of restaurants and cafes, making it a great destination for food lovers. Overall, Kelowna is a fantastic place to visit or live, with something for everyone to enjoy.

Kelowna has a lot to offer.
Kelowna has a lot to offer. What I liked were the quieter beaches;
e.g. Hobson Park Beach way down Lakeshore Drive. It was excellent, not crowded, and everyone in my group (8 of us) could
find parking. There is also a good selection of retaurants in Kelowna. The wineries are of course a great feature. On this theme, there are also a number of good craft breweries.

The town is fabulous. Kids friendly. Vibe is great so are the activities from ground activities to water there is so much to do daily. So many food options and local public is so damn friendly and courteous.
Big shoutout to Okanagan parasailing team.

It was a nice Summer visit to the Boyce-Gyro Beach.
It was a nice Summer visit to the Boyce-Gyro Beach. We wanted to visit Kelowna to cross it off our list. We had a great time but I don't think it's worth driving all the way there from Calgary every Summer.

Kelowna is a very nice place to visit.
Kelowna is a very nice place to visit. We golfed at Shadow Ridge, and what a beautiful course that is, we would definitely play there again.
We visited many of the wineries, and brought home some very nice wines. Be warned though, most places no longer waive the tasting fees with purchase, so that can add up quickly.
The waterfront was lovely to walk along and to just sit and relax. There are so many restaurants to chose from around the city, there is something for everyone from families to romantic dinners.
Overall, we had a great week, and will most definitely return for another visit.

Kelowna is a bustling and well appointed city with lots of activities and amemities to explore. The downtown core with Waterfront Park, Discovery Park, Discovery Walk were most impressive. It is easy to get around Kelowna if you stay off of Hwy 97 or Harvey Street during rush our. I found drivers mostly very polite and would slow in order for one to switch lanes during travel. If you follow Clement Avenue to the downtown core and turn Right at Sunset Drive this should take you to Waterfront Park and all of its amenities.....

The comfort suites motel in Kelowna are modern with superb lighting and tech ports. They have great breakfast choices in a clean big setting. The pool is for older children and adults. There's perhaps a small space by the stairs for toddlers. The hot tub is at a great temperature. It's nice there is a little hotel store for snacks right beside the front desk.
Beds and linens are superb and they have enough for eating in and enough areas for storage.

Found this gem of a place accidentally. It's on a busy corner, but we found that by bedtime, it's quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Big rooms and beds were very comfortable. It's an older place but clean and cared for. Breakfast is included and provides a nice selection of food options. Price was great, and we'll be making this our hotel of choice whenever we're in Kelowna.

A lovely room with a little balcony overlooking the main street.
Close to shops, restaurants, the marina and Kelowna beach.
Appreciated I got a little heads-up about the carfree zone (summertime) in front of the hotel.
Would definitely come back to this hotel 🙂

We got a nice room with a view to the pool and hills. It was a renovated unit - clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the complementary breakfast.
Overall, we had a cozy and comfortable stay.
Will prefer the same hotel if we visit Kelowna again.

The Best thing about Ramada Kelowna is the Staff the two Ladies at front office Cash and, Sushi were; the very Best, and made all my room extentions a breeze, also gave me the time I needed for CC problems I was having on my last evening. 10/10.
