Excellent location in the bustling city centre close to the waterfront. Very large room. Soft and comfortable bed with a good selection of pillows. Also, the option to put a blanket on the bed instead of a hot duvet. Breakfast, although limited by European standards, was included.

It was the perfect place for our family. After a week up the mountain we needed somewhere to rest and rejuvenate and are so glad we chose Hyatt Place. The hotel room and facilities were so lovely that we just stayed indoors for the two days we were there, watching movies and chilling out. The pool and spa were perfect for the kids. Himmi on the front desk was so lovely to talk to, welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was so cheap an 10/10! Awesome accommodation.

The room was very well appointed, clean and spacious. Staff were excellent. The hotel had great facilities such as the pool and plenty of parking and dining options were close to the hotel. It was also easy to get to being on main routes into and out of town.

We loved the included breakfast in the morning. A lot of options and complimentary tea and coffee. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Both were very clean and well maintained.
