I have driven past the Midland area many times in my life...
I have driven past the Midland area many times in my life but this was my first time visiting and it was well worth the stay. There was lots of lovely scenic areas to walk, and the food was fantastic. Being vegan my favourite restaurant was MegaMindful Living and the downtown had many interesting mom and pop stores. Next time I hope I can stay longer. I think it will be a beautiful place to return to in the fall when the leaves start to change colour.ColinCanada - Scored 1010
Midland is a great and fun place to visit.
Midland is a great and fun place to visit. As part of our BFF Getaway in June 2023, we visited the Saint Anne Catholic Church, Discovery Harbour, King's Wharf Theatre, Wendat Park, Sainte Marie Among the Hurons, Martyr's Shrine, Midland Downtown Murals and Harbour, Little Lake Park, and the Victoria Harbour. Exploring Midland is highly recommended for history, culture and tradition.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral so we were not able to take in some of the wonderful attractions in the area. Our hotel the Midland Inn was a pleasant surprise. It was close to the hwy. and to downtown. Good value for the money.

Sorry, I rated wrong for your hotel Midland Inn and Suite, the bad comments were supposed to be for another hotel I stayed the following night. I would like to correct it. Midland Inn and Suite was great, new and comfortable in the room, breakfast was good in many choices of bread. Coffee was great.
