The location was just perfect for us because we love to walk. It was exactly 1 mile from the hotel to the falls. I like that it was close to the attractions but still not as busy as on the Clifton hill. It was nice and clean, room had everything we needed. Parking was $18 per day. We didn’t use their pool. If we ever get back we will stay at this place again.

Great stay. Plenty of room (we were able to put a twin size air mattress on the floor for the kiddo). All the staff was super nice, especially the woman that made sure the breakfast area was always stocked (she always said good morning to everyone and had a smile on her face). Sink/bathroom counter are IN the bathroom, which is a huge plus for the mom's that get up earlier than the rest of the family so they can get ready and not have to turn on lights waking everyone else up (I personally hate when they are outside the bathroom). One of the most quiet hotels I've ever stayed in. And we could even see the fireworks (over Niagara) from our hotel window!
