CanadaGreat location. Very clean which is always the biggest worry we have. Bedding, washroom, everything you could tell was clean. Owner operated, they live in the Motel apartment, so they care.

Nipigon is located an hour outside of Thunder Bay, so it is...
Nipigon is located an hour outside of Thunder Bay, so it is a good location for those not wanting a motel / hotel in Thunder Bay. I was targeting 850 km's a day so Nipigon is always the place. But as stated it is full of 1 -2 stR motels. Clean-ish but they are dated. And in m view not good value for the money. But they are in a strategic location so people have to put up with the facilities or stay in Thunder Bay.
