The BEDS, the pillows, the bedding. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. That was the best part of my stay, it was totally a awesome sleep. Liked the ground level which I requested was great having our car right outside our patio door. Was great for bringing our belongings in and out. I hated to have to leave after our 2 nights stay. The very nice lady on the kitchen/breakfast staff was so accomodating. She got a tray for me to carry my coffee and juice on. She took the time to make it easier for me, so nice. We arrived early to our check-in time and we were able to check-in, we were so tired from being up early and the long drive.

Beautiful remote location! So peaceful and quiet. We loved everything about it and wished we could stay longer. Would totally recommend! All kayaks etc included and there was a nice restaurant on the property. The staff was super friendly!

We attempted to stay at 2 hotels in $150 range and both...

We attempted to stay at 2 hotels in $150 range and both hotels fell short. Next tier was $300 and for a stop over, that was too expensive. Lesson learned… we won’t stay overnight in Parry Sound again. We WILL stop at Trestle Brewing - they’ve got it right! Great service, location, food, menu, beer, ambiance… this redeemed our poor vacation experience after we couldn’t stay at the place we booked because the room had a strong smell of mothballs (Sunrise Inn wouldn’t refund our money after only staying 10 min) and the only other place (Best Value In ) was outdated/run-down and had broken furniture in the room. We enjoyed our walk on the waterfront trail and coffee shop and picnic at the waterfront.

Am from Parry Sound. Love it still All the new entrances intown are very confusing because of the way the new highway is and the whole area has really changed. But there is still no industry ty create work!

I love Parry Sound for the closeness you feel to nature.

I love Parry Sound for the closeness you feel to nature. If you’re lucky, you might spot a deer walking down the street. A great place to eat breakfast is Trappers. People are so friendly, need to find something, just sop and ask someone on the street. My favourite spot is the tower on the hill.(George Street). Museum is so interesting. Beach is well maintained. I go a few times a year.

Its a very pretty area.

Its a very pretty area. We were lucky enough to visit on dry days even though it was mid September. A little cool in the mornings/evenings so enough to wear a light jacket when required. The town has lots to see and do with different shops and restaurants etc. We would have taken in the Heritage Museum but it is closed Mondays/Tuesdays. However the gardens around the Museum are lovely even in the Fall. Our highlight was the boat trip around the islands. Our trip was a 3 hour afternoon cruise on the Island Queen. Quite a large craft but fairly quite at this time of year, The ship is a triple decker with 2 enclosed decks plus the top deck being open. We found it cool at times but could easily move below where it was warm and still have the same visibility. A lovely experience.

Awesome boating/cottage area. Must see area in the fall. Killbear Provincial Park a must see!!! Fire Tower/gardens a delight. Orr's Fine Meats and Deli serves a GREAT breakfast. Trappers Choice a good choice for dinner. Di Salvo's Bella Cucina an excellent choice for dinner - fine dining!

It's a small community, probably a vacation destination. It seemed to have the basics. We did go to the water front and it was very pretty. I'm sure during the summer season it is gorgeous.

During my recent two-day stay at your hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms. However, I experienced issues with the heating system, leading to discomfort due to a cold room, and difficulties obtaining enough hot water for showering. Addressing these concerns would significantly improve the guest experience.

Beautiful view looking onto the water, everything was provided except firewood (bring your own). Kids said the trailer beds were more comfortable than the hotels we stayed in. Will be returning next Autumn, gorgeous and staff helped us when we arrived late and could not find our spot.

Good location just off the main highway in the town of Parry Sound. Close to a choice of restaurants and other amenities. The motel is cute, comfortable, and clean. We had a delicious dinner at the Legend Distillery in the downtown area. Great spot for a one-night stay.
