We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed: the kitchen equipment, the hairdryer, the iron... There was even a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The view from the suite was amazing and the staff very helpful and polite. Big thanks to Joel for the suite he chose for us and his excellent work. We received complimentary muffins and coffee for breakfast, which was very nice. We certainly want to return there in the future.

Very good service and comfy place

Very friendly staff. The pool and hot tub also a bonus!

Perfect location for what we needed. Staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds cost & warm

Our time at Royal Boutique Hotel literally felt like being treated like royalty in a friendly palace, not just some regular hotel. Everything inside was setup so nicely and elegant, and the whole neighborhood is super quiet and protected. Coming here with my partner and our little dog made the whole trip way more fun, and honestly. The free Wi-Fi was an absolute life saver for us (even though some extra stuff cost a bit more), and we spent so much time outside playing on the basketball court right in the garden. We all thank you

The beds& staff were wonderful. The room size beyond my expectations

The staff at the Civic have always treated my husband and I with respect and kindness! I am a patient of Jim Pattison and when ever we need to come into Surrey for an appointment, we always make sure we stay there. When a person's health is in jeopardy there's an extreme amount of stress that goes with it. It's reassuring to know that when we come to the Civic that we are totally taken care of and that we are comfortable and safe! Thank you Civic Hotel! Your amazing!!

Fantastic stay , clean comfortable

Lovely position right on the river, comfortable bed and good quality linen, a well equipped gym with free weights, sauna and spa, and a 24 hour ice machine!

The price for 3 nights, having breakfast included with price, was excellent. The comminual bathroom actually wasn't too bad, I was expecting way worse, but it was always cleaned and maintained. You have multiple bus routes, so getting off the mountain if you dont have a car was good. Overall 10/10 experience, would book a stay here again.

Continental breakfast was very good. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in great condition. Friendly staff provided good information for destination and food.

Good bed and sheets, new beautiful hotel and bathroom.

The staff there were friendly, especially the Lady. I believe her name is Pretty. Also, the room was nice and neat.

I loved the staff , location and value for money . I suggest the facility provide cleaning materials and equipments - the weekly clean up was not sufficient .. I think it was just overwhelming for very hard working young people .. once in a while a professional clean would be great . Staff Were very responsive , the facility is close to Westminster sky train station , the river market and ideal for 3 minutes walk to the river .. loved my time

The service at the reception was very kind and helpful! Good breakfast included in the price. No issue with parking. Very good swimming pool! Hot Tube and Cold ;-)

How close it was to our event.
