Rossland is a beautiful little ski town full of character ! It has many different restaurants and pubs , coffee shops , clothing shops , and even a brewery. Not to mention the world class Red Mountain Ski resort! As well as being the Mountain biking Capital of Canada
Not a skier so we were visiting after the ski season. I would imagine it would be buzzing with a lot more people /. things to do during the winter. Having said that there was lots to do although a week later and there would have been more - upcoming events, etc.
Ferraro's grocery store had everything you would need food wise. Beautiful historic main street. Long weekend Sunday and many merchants were closed, missed retail sales for them to get tourist dollars.
Small town feeling and friendly people, love the trails and the freedom of finding a place to have your dogs be able to stay with no limits it’s a dog friendly place would recommend this place and Rossland BC area to visit it’s breath taking views 👍🏻
Quaint small town. Great food - "Alpine Grind" and "Ingies" were our favourites! "Big Red Cats" were perfect hosts for our first time Cat skiing! We would definitely recommend visiting in winter and we plan to go back in summer for more adventures!
I was surprised to see how big the town is, I had not previously viewed "lower" Rossland. I had a fascinating drive though this area. The Stores are special, the restaurants exceptional and the views spectacular!
Great location and friendly staff.
