This was a brand new building so the air-con worked brilliantly. the room was nice and clean. and we loved that on the ground floor we could open the patio doors and bring in the cases with the car parked right outside. Very nice area, friendly staff.

Wow.. A little gem hidden in London. I have been coming to London for many years and never saw this hotel. Nothing was wrong with this place. Even the staff were happy to be there. Always smiling, laughing and polite. I will be back, will not stay anywhere else. Love the little kitchen. I love the personal touch of the TV welcoming me to the hotel. Beds so comfy. Breakfast amazing. So many choices. And so good.

The pool was amazing. It was very clean and the lifeguard was attentive and spoke to the "rowdy" kids when needed. We were disappointed that the water slide was not open when we visited as it was our first time there.

We enjoyed our trip to St. Thomas, ontario.

We enjoyed our trip to St. Thomas, ontario. The town had everything we wanted to see and do. And it was close to Sparta and Port Stanley, where we visited on our stay. The accessible room was perfect. The staff were friendly. The Cleaning staff made our bed daily and cleaned the bathroom and replaced dirty towels with fredh ones daily as I requested. Thank you to all staff.

St Thomas is surrounded by many places to visit London, Port Stanley and Sparta. The city was clean and easy to get around. Moore's water garden is a hidden gem if you like water lilies. Port Stanley has the best beach. There are trails to walk and Pinafore park is great for kids.

We visited the Elevated Park in the early evening, after the heat of the day. It was really lovely, with lots of wild flowers growing along the path up to the park. Once at the top, on the bridge itself, there was a lovely breeze and a beautiful view waiting for us. We stood at the railing, taking it all in. It is just a short, easy walk, but you can make it into a much longer walk, if you like, as the trail continues on down the other side. Bring a lock with you and your loved one's name or initials engraved or written on it, and lock it on the gate at the top, with the others - I thought this was really a sweet idea, and it was fun to look at all the different types of locks. Be sure to drive under the bridge to see the mural, and see the park from a different angle! Right nearby was this big elephant monument (just about a block away), so we walked over to find out what that was all about.. interesting! I would have loved to have seen the Waterworks Park (ponds, birds, plants) but we ran out of time.. We had a lovely time in St. Thomas.

Beautiful small town, a lot of history, a lot of houses from 19th century. Very friendly people. Interesting true story about Jumbo Elefant and history of St. Thomas railway. Military museum, Railway museum. Very nice boardwalk. Must to see. ❤️ 😊

The room was large, with a couch, and a king bed with a good mattress. It was clean and everything was in very good condition, as the hotel is only a couple of years old. It is located adjacent to an indoor mall and a cinema.

It was conveniently located for what we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff kept replenish so never ran out. Front desk staff was friendly. It was a very quiet hotel.
