An exceptional effort made on both our mornings, home made with full explanation and beautiful presentation. The kindness and warmth of the hosts were amazing and if you're within 50 miles of this place you have to go to experience it. I haven't had detachment sadness leaving anywhere like I had leaving this place.

Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

The hotel has a unique tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery, which makes it feel relaxing and different from a typical hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring, and our kids had a great time there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Vernon.
