Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

Everything is closed on Monday's.

Everything is closed on Monday's. We happened to pass through on a Monday night and though we'd wander around to do some shopping, but barely anything was open. Even if it was, I don't think we would have found much. The staff in stores that were open were truly delightful people, but I can figure out why anyone under the age of 65 would wanna go to Vernon. Maybe I am missing something but the lakes can be easily access from nearby nicer and trendier towns. Save your time and money... go elsewhere.

We went to bike and Vernon has an amazing variety of options...

We went to bike and Vernon has an amazing variety of options. Silver Star Mountain provides excellent downhill trails. The Okanagan Rail Trail is a beautiful ride along the lake. Predator Ridge has fantastic mountain bike trails with incredible views.

We enjoyed the Chaos craft market.

We enjoyed the Chaos craft market. We visited some shops in the centre and had a good lunch in a cafe. We did tasting at the Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery and had a most interesting tour. Otherwise we didn’t find Vernon itself particularly interesting. The countryside around Vernon is beautiful.

The hotel was fantastic and fully met my request for nearby, ground-floor rooms for my elderly parents. Our room had two queen beds, exactly as requested. The hotel restaurant offers a very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at fair prices. We also appreciated the convenience of the bar attached to the hotel, where we could order food to take to our room outside of regular meal hours. The pool and hot tub were at the ideal temperature and very clean.

The venue - Vernon & Area Performing 🎭 Arts Centre was fantastic. Small, but cozy compared to ours in Kamloops. Lovely place and not a bad seat in the house!! We will be back for another concert!!

There was nothing to dislike. An exceptional place to stay and an extremely good host. Thank you Mira for such a wonderful experience.🥰 The accommodation was excellent in every way. Clean, comfortable and to be recommended extremely highly to any traveller. A fabulous overnight stop.

The best of all the Economy stays in Vernon. Good spaces, a variety of furnishings and excellent blackout curtains. Most important is the level of service provided. Amenities and upscale furnishing don't mean a thing if the service is lacking. Here the service as provided by SAHIL on the front desk afternoon shift was stellar. Genuinely friendly and welcoming, Sahil was efficient and helpful at all times: from a slight booking error to a difficulty with the cable TV, he handled everything quickly .

The saunas for the spa were great - especially the crystal steam room. We were expecting a little better quality for the breakfast - I would say it was a little disappointing for a luxury hotel. The hashbrowns were comparable to an average diner and the coffee tasted pretty watered down. The room was beautiful, relaxing vibe, and great view. The only thing missing is that we would have appreciated tea/coffee in the room. Gerni's Farmhouse was super fun, unique, and had excellent service and food.

We Appreciated The Gentlemen From The Front Desk Upon Check Out came & Got Our Cart Of Stuff And Brought It To The Lobby For Us Then Let Us Store Our Belongings At The Hotel Till We Figured Out Other Accommodations. We Absolutely loved The Restaurant, The Lodge Kitchen & Bar- The Restaurant Was Located In A Perfect Location, Right In The Middle Of Everything, With The Swimming Pool & Hot Tub, We Absolutely LOVED it.
