Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, the rooms were spacious, clean and in great condition, the hotel itself is bright and airy tastefully decorated throughout, there is a large bar that does food and the staff are welcoming, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi with towels supplied, the parking was easy as they have a large area, all amenities are in walking distance, including the Shopping Center (Mall). My wife and I could not find anything wrong with the lodge if we tried..excellent all round

We enjoyed the Chaos craft market.

We enjoyed the Chaos craft market. We visited some shops in the centre and had a good lunch in a cafe. We did tasting at the Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery and had a most interesting tour. Otherwise we didn’t find Vernon itself particularly interesting. The countryside around Vernon is beautiful.

The hotel was fantastic and fully met my request for nearby, ground-floor rooms for my elderly parents. Our room had two queen beds, exactly as requested. The hotel restaurant offers a very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at fair prices. We also appreciated the convenience of the bar attached to the hotel, where we could order food to take to our room outside of regular meal hours. The pool and hot tub were at the ideal temperature and very clean.

The venue - Vernon & Area Performing 🎭 Arts Centre was fantastic. Small, but cozy compared to ours in Kamloops. Lovely place and not a bad seat in the house!! We will be back for another concert!!

There was nothing to dislike.

There was nothing to dislike. An exceptional place to stay and an extremely good host. Thank you Mira for such a wonderful experience.🥰 The accommodation was excellent in every way. Clean, comfortable and to be recommended extremely highly to any traveller. A fabulous overnight stop.

found it very easy to get around there. the weather is awesome! dont understand why there are so many street people ! have been to vernon many times and find it to be more and more homeless . The restaurants are plentiful and food is good and pricing is pretty well the same everywhere we go ! will definitely return next year .

Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave.

Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms. This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground. Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls. I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean, and the mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. The breakfast options were also quite limited and did not meet our expectations. We raised our concerns with the staff, particularly regarding the cleanliness, but the response was unsatisfactory. They were unwilling to offer any refund or meaningful resolution. As a result, we had no choice but to leave and move to another hotel.

The staff were great, even though I had to make two bookings for two separate nights they worked around it, and brought me a luggage cart at checkout for all my shopping! The courtyard with pool, hot tub, and restaurant was as always a great place to be. Thank you and I will be back to this hotel! — but not through Booking.com as the booking I made with another property via them this month was a nightmare!
