great room ground floor with easy access to pool area.pool and jacuzzi were nice.great bar (don cherry's)next door.all the staff very welcoming and helpful.Vernon is a lovely place to visit.

Welcoming staff and nice facilities. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was super class.

Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

Super helpful and polite staff. Breakfast is very good, everything is fresh.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The bed is comfortable. The staff was very nice and very grateful to have us, you really see they are running the business with passion. They have discounts for a few restaurants in the area, one of which is across the motel.

Location it is walking distance to supermarkets coffee shops restaurants and many other services

Very good location, very clean and all fully ready such as my home in kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Spices as like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc., are there. Very cozy bed and couch with comfortable. Even though this house is basement, but there is nothing I feel uncomfortable.
