Andy is a great host. Very flexible. The shoe case, kitchen cabinet, and refrigerator are clearly separated per room. Removing outside shoes at the entrance keeps the room very clean.

This was an amazing location, the property was clean and welcoming! The host, Mary, was very kind and accommodating. She gave us many recommendations to do near by as well as lending us tools for clam digging at Tea Hill Beach. Very easy to get settled in, has everything you need and information was clear and organized . Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great place!!! The kindest innkeepers who really show they care a lot about their guests. This was one of the cleanest inns I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend.
