The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs despite the hotel being at 100% occupancy with multiple tournaments in town. The hotel was clean, and well equipped. The pool was lovely. There was virtually no noise and the entire hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays! We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our next visit!

Didn't spend a lot of time in Summerside except for supper.

Didn't spend a lot of time in Summerside except for supper. Used as a base. Had specific areas to go to, arrived via ferry and left via the bridge (to Truro & then airport). Wasn't much happening in town when we were there.

The room had dresser drawers for storage!

The room had dresser drawers for storage! A great size refrigerator with a freezer! A microwave and outside balcony! We had room # 22 which was dog friendly and on the end! Easy access to the beautiful grounds to walk the dog! Close to everything (45 minutes) to Charlottetown but not so busy! Water view! Absolutely a fantastic place to stay! Comfy beds and a great shower !!!

Our visit to Summerside was nothing short of delightful. This charming town perfectly captures the spirit of Prince Edward Island—peaceful, picturesque, and full of friendly faces. Whether you're strolling along the boardwalk by the sparkling water, enjoying local seafood, or browsing quaint shops and galleries, there's a laid-back, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. We especially loved how close everything was—beaches, restaurants, and beautiful scenic spots were all just minutes away. The views of the harbor were stunning, especially at sunset. Summerside offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and coastal beauty, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. If you’re planning a trip to PEI, don’t miss the chance to spend some time in Summerside—you’ll leave feeling refreshed and already planning your return!

Summerside has a beautiful beach and boardwalk;

Summerside has a beautiful beach and boardwalk; As a second largest city in PE, it’s almost at the centre for rides in the North Coastal drive, central drive and east coastal drive. 5 days staying in Summerside the first time visitors to PEI could potentially explore all the beaches and other attractions including Charlottetown; obviously weather permitting 👍👍

This town has all the shops and restaurants.

This town has all the shops and restaurants. It may not be the prettiest place on the island but its people are friendly and it is in a nice and central position to start trips. The boardwalk is lovely.

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights in the Holman`s heritage site. Already an amazing scent of frehsly baked waffles greeted us (you have to try the ice cream!!!) and we had a super comfortable and large suite for us 3 - including a kitchen and an opportunity to our washing of the last week. PERFECT! In walking distance you find several good restaurants and breakfast options. Also from Summerville - it is great to explore PEI. We will come back for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place utterly surprised us , very impressed with cleanliness, updated room , granite counter top super and comfy mattress. The cherry on top was make up removal wipe for ladies my wife appreciated! I can’t compliment enough how serious this owner is about their business. Kudos to you ! The spoiler was a moose made out of the white towels on our bed ! When I come back to PEI I will head to the same establishment.Higly recommended this motel !

Location is perfect to enjoy the ocean views from hotel windows or have a promenade along the ocean shore in the evening. Great breakfast with omelet, sausages, juice and etc. Facilities are comfortable and clean.
