Bed was comfortable, room was big and airy, big tv with lots to do on it, great location, great staff. Loved the pool and hot tub, didn't get to use the sauna. Will definitely stay again.

We arrived early off of our cruise and because my husband is disabled we went to see if we could check in early so he could rest his leg. Nav went above and beyond to get us a room! He let us know about breakfast and when we said we were leaving to drive home before it opened he asked if we would like breakfast in a bag to go. The service was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again!

Very accessible location, great beds, very comfortable and large room. Great shower and bath amenities. I liked they provided pillows of different thickness to accommodate different necks and sizes of visitors. Super friendly cleaning workers too gave me another towel I needed.

The area didn't seem very safe. Everything seemed far but on further exploration, it isn't -- convenience-wise I would recommend Surrey if you're going to be in and around the area much. Safety-wise, I wouldn't say it's totally unsafe, I'd only recommend one to be careful initially, assess for your own self, and decide if staying out after sundown is a good idea or not.DhaaraIndia - 2.0

It was affordable for where I waned to go.
It was affordable for where I waned to go. Easy to get to Vancouver and other destination most times. Wonderful accommodation that I would like to book in the future instead of nearer to Vancouver where it is very expensive. If you didn't have a car it might not be so good, There was parking on the street and I never had a problem with that, Closer parking in the driveway for electric cars to charge. Must admit I didn't spend a lot of time in Surrey but I was able to find all the places I wanted. Chong Qing restaurant and Krispy Kreme doughnuts for example. Lots of other malls for shopping also. I was mostly visiting friends in the area.

I will never book this moral in future because in room no heat at all. After 4 hours I have to leave this moral and when I complained about heat they did not refund my money and I left without staying there and I have to booked an other moral after that. The people working in main desk have no manner to greet the guests. We was shivering in cold and left this motel. Even I put request to check in time temperature was so low . I will never stay there again. As I left told the problem on the main desk they should refund my money but they didn’t so I will never never never go back there
