Great for proximity to Brock. Spacious l, clean, great value for off-season.

Great location quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city or downtown areas.

Absolutely everything- an exceptional place to stay. Clean, new wonderful beds and a nicely stocked kitchenette. Tasty breakfast as well

Fantastic location for visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and as a bonus, the premium outlets are just across the road. Room was clean and spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Ample free parking on site.

I stayed in the jacuzzi room and the jets and water temperature was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly. I will be returning everytime i need a night away . Everything is nice and close only a short drive to casino but far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle of the big city .

We really enjoyed the stay..... Everything was excellent the place was clean, comfortable & welcoming..... The location was great, & we felt relaxed and at home throughout our holiday. The host/staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I have been staying at the hotel at other times. I am pleased to see that the room have been upgraded.

The facility itself is nice, with spacious and bright rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception experience was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was disappointing. The meat tasted old and was overcooked and burnt. The dining area was also very loud and noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Another downside was that the bowling area was fully booked and overcrowded, largely with outside visitors who were not staying at the hotel. This made it difficult for hotel guests to access the amenities. Overall, while the facility and staff were pleasant, the food quality, noise level, and overcrowding significantly affected the experience.

Rooms were beautiful and the staff were great to interact with - friendly and efficient The ballrooms/ conference rooms were setup perfectly for the event

The staff went above and beyond to help guests . The rooms were spacious and clean a little dated but that was not a problem.

Location, cleanliness and staff

Lovely quiet room. Spacious, well equipped. Staff Lovely. Really happy with everything.

Easy access, close to outlets and to the falls; clean and comfortable.

Great facilities. Very comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the little bar area.

Great location, free parking, 15 minute walk to Niagra Falls, Front desk staff very friendly and offered us lots of local knowledge and things to do

The hotel is really close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. It's a clean, confortable and really big room. The staff is also friendly.

The service from the staff was amazing, Yaneth was a very very kind person and she helped us a lot with all the questions, we loved her service, also it was very easy walk to the falls, if I had the opportunity I would choose this place again. I loved that this is the only pet friendly place in Niagara falls, we came with our cat and all the staff was wonderful 😊

Breakfast was great and some time in the pool with family.
