We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel's location was perfect and made it easy for us to get around and enjoy the area. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future

Staff was excellent, breakfast was outstanding

I stayed in the jacuzzi room and the jets and water temperature was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly. I will be returning everytime i need a night away . Everything is nice and close only a short drive to casino but far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle of the big city .

It was ideal for the location we wanted. The rooms were massive. The Staffs were friendly. The breakfast was a bonus and very generous.

The facility itself is nice, with spacious and bright rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception experience was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was disappointing. The meat tasted old and was overcooked and burnt. The dining area was also very loud and noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Another downside was that the bowling area was fully booked and overcrowded, largely with outside visitors who were not staying at the hotel. This made it difficult for hotel guests to access the amenities. Overall, while the facility and staff were pleasant, the food quality, noise level, and overcrowding significantly affected the experience.

The location was Great,close to different choices of eaterys,closer to The Niagara Falls.Vashti at the Front desk was very Pleasant and helpful.The arcade and bowling alley was Nice.The coffee shop in the lobby was so convenient

Very moody hotel, a bit 80`s style but i liked this. Good beds and spacey room.

The staff is great! Penny the receptionist got out of her way to assist me. She was really kind and helpful. The room is huge. I like the location, a bit far from the attractions but good enough.

Beautiful environment, very good and friendly staff. The breakfast was also nice and well laid out.

Location is good, about 20 minutes by foot to Clifton hill. Enough space for all our cars. Living rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, as well as the tables, but everything was clean and well equipped.

The hotel is really close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. It's a clean, confortable and really big room. The staff is also friendly.
