Our room faced the mountains and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with nice sized towels and plenty of very hot water. The hosts and owners, Suzy and Markus, checked in frequently as to your stay and comfort. The breakfasts included a lovely cheese and meat selection, fruit, yogurt, several types of bread and eggs, on order. We ate there both evenings of our stay. The food, with Markus as chef, was exceptional and the wine list a nice selection of local Swiss wines as well as others. The inn is situated only a few steps from the local bus. On the #73 you are in downtown Luzern in 20 minutes and no need to scramble for parking. The buses run every 30 minutes. On Sunday afternoon we relaxed in the garden, enjoying the last roses of early Autumn and sipped Aperol Spritz. Life doesn’t get much better.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature, peaceful place, large rooms cleverly furnished, spotless clean, great swimming pool and gym, fresh and healthy breakfast with loads of choice. Not to mention the staff, who is amazingly nice and welcoming from the cleaners to the servers to the reception.

In Lucerne, 4.6 km from the KKL Culture and Congress Center Lucerne, the Gasthaus Badhof offers you very spacious rooms with the best comfort. I loved ABSOLUTELY everything! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, and all long with a smile. Ate at the restaurant and the staff was incredible. The food was wonderful. And as far as the room goes, if I could pick it up and take it with me wherever I travel to, I would. It was vast, luxurious, and nothing was missing. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in!

The bedroom was very comfortable. The bed and beddings / pillows very nice. There were towels too. The staff was also very accommodating. We arrived at 2 am and we were let in immediately. The place is cozy and very clean.
