Asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä. Tarjolla oli maustettua vettä ja leivonnaisia ilmaiseksi. Tykkäsin siitä, että meiltä kysyttiin haluammeko yhteisen vai kaksi peittoa parivuoteeseen. Huone oli tilava, sänky oli mukava, ilmastointi toimi hyvin vaikka ulkona oli kova helle. Hotelli oli lähellä juna-asemaa.

Matkustimme Ranskan Chamonix kaupungista Tšekin omalla autolla. Reitti kävi Sveitsin kautta. Kun saavuimme Altstätten kaupungin oli jo 23:00 , sen takia oli hankala hakea majoitusta. Tässä tilanteessa online rekisteröidy oli hyvinkin avuksi, lisäksi hinta ei oo paha. Hotelli sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa vanhan ajan rakennuksessa. Emme aavistanut että Altstätten niin nätti kaupunki. Hotelli oli tosi puhdas ja hiljainen, kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Yllätys oli että hotellissa ei oo omaa parkkipaika mutta ihan lähellä löytyy maksuton pysäköinti 48 tuntia Stossplatzilla. Meijän koirakin oli tervetuloa.
