Hotels near Binningen

A lovely village in a good location very close to Basel. Excellent tram service and very easy to use. Hotel Schluessel good to eat in and several other resturants around. Nice walks and handy for the superb Basel Zoo.

There's not a great deal to do in Binningen, it should be used as a staging post and/or a place to base yourself for travelling into Basel and/or to other locations around Switzerland. We had our car, so no problems with getting around the country via the motorways. Needless to say, Swiss trains do the job just as well (if not better) and no need to find parking when arriving at other locations.
