A very nice hotel a few meters from a metro station. This makes it very convenient given the efficiency of Lausanne metro. On top of that, breakfast had amazing selection and everything I tried was tasty! I was also expecting some mail and I have found it at my room which was a pleasant surprise. Staff was willing to help with various favours (printing documents, opening gym, etc.).
