Due to a cancelled flight, I unexpectedly had to spend a night in Zurich and stayed at the Leonardo Hotel. Despite arriving after 11 pm, check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, well maintained and modern. My room was surprisingly spacious, tastefully designed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold food, drinks and hot beverages. Considering the circumstances, my stay exceeded all expectations. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zurich.
