Built in 2015, this family-run hotel enjoys a privileged position in the Valais Alps in Le Châble, only a 5-minute walk from both a gondola elevator and the train station. The owners were very helpful. There is a dining room open 24 hours where you can have refreshments. The room was cosy and there was a nice view from the balcony.
Located in Villette, Hotel Restaurant L'Escale is just 820 feet from Le Chable Train Station and the Le Chable Cable Car which takes guests into the Verbier Ski Area. Great location, very nice breakfast, staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating and excellent value for money.
Hotel Restaurant Le Giétroz is located 656 feet from the Le Châble - Verbier Cable Car, leading to the 4 Vallées Ski Area. Wonderful staff who are all so friendly welcoming and helpful. I liked that the hotel is family run, it’s really close to the train station and it also has the most amazing restaurant. Comfortable room and great views of the river, cable cars and mountain.
Located just after the bridge of the Le Châble village in the Bagnes Valley, Hotel de la Poste have own restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. In uncertain pandemic times, place that offers breakfasts and dinners is outstanding. I realy liked de la Poste crew :) They were kind and built cozy atmosphere. Felt like in home there. I advice to try their homemade burgers and delicious salad with goat's cheese (together with local red wine).
This family-run bed and breakfast in the Entremont region enjoys a quiet location in Villette/Le Châble. It is 1312 feet from the Le Châble-Verbier-Ruinettes Cable Car, which takes guests to Verbier. Elizabeth's daughter in law was waiting for us after a long day hiking and helped us get settled, and Elizabeth checked in on us later. Room was on bottom level of her home and had a separate entrance, a few chairs/tables outside with a nice view, and a functional space in hall outside room for removing/storing hiking boots. Bathroom/shower was upstairs. Everything was very clean. Elizabeth was helpful and knowledgeable and helped us get free lift tickets.
Located in Le Châble, in the building of the cable car, this mountain hostel offers private and shared accommodations a 2-minute walk from the train station. Unusual budget hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Small, odd shaped room, but it had a very comfortable bed, good closet space and clean bath.
With free WiFi access and free private parking, La Ruinette is centrally located in Villette - le Châble, 984 feet from the cable car to the Verbier and Bruson Ski Areas. Excellent management: friendly, flexible. caring, efficient. Room was modern, stylish, well equipped, and spacious.
La Ruinette - Chalet Lyngen is located 984 feet from the center of Le Châble and a 4-minute walk from the Verbier & Bruson Cable Car. Host was fantastic! 10/10 service from Guy, great communication before, during and after the stay. He was so helpful and made our trip memorable. The apartment was wonderful. Warm, comfy bed and great cooking facilities.
La Ruinette - Chalet Guadeloupe is centrally located in Le Châble, 984 feet from the Verbier and Bruson Cable Car. The house was renovated in 2013 and offers free WiFi and charming wooden décor. Beautifully decorated and presented little chalet; perfect for a romantic escape. It’s tucked away in a very quiet little corner of the town but with a supermarket just a couple of hundred yards away and the cable car to Verbier just a few hundred yards beyond that. There are lots of great walks on the doorstep too. The host, Guy, was extremely polite and helpful.

My son and I stayed in Le Châble along our hike across the Haute Route. It's well located before heading east into Col Termin / Louvie and the Grand Desert. It's a small quaint town and a couple of decent grocery stores and restaurants. There is a train connection back to Martigny. Hotels in town offer free passes for the lifts up to Verbier and beyond up into the alpine areas. We were happy with our decision to stay a night here along the way.
Our son lives in the area so we wanted to spend Christmas with his family. We went up the mountains to view the wonderful scenery and also drove around the area. We had a great stay and found several restaurants in the area where we had some great meals. Generally we had a wonderful stay. Verbier was great with great views and meals.
Le Chable is perfect if you want to ski the fantastic slopes of Verbier ski area, but you don't want to pay the high prices of food and lodging in Verbier, and you don't mind missing some of the apres ski in Verbier.
Great access to train station and lifts - beat the Medran queues by jumping on the Verbier lift here. Lockers at lift station great. Bakery good, bar opposite also enjoyable. Pizza restaurant excellent, went there three times in two weeks.
All good thank you. Mixed age group and some non skiers all well provided for. Such a friendly place to stay. Stayed at Christmas 2018 did woodwork class, returned in April 2019 and joined cheese workshop, booked with tourist information.
Le Chable is much quieter than Verbier but well positioned as it has a gondola straight up the mountain to Verbier. It is a pretty little village with a few restaurants but there is no apres ski apart from a small bar at the lift station. The lift does not shut until 7.30pm so you can stay in Verbier for apres-ski.
Location is incredibly convenient. 2 mins walk from both the train station and the gondola to Verbier, it really can't be beat especially if you are without a car as I was. The price for location is also unbeatable, 1/3 the price of most places in Verbier and even around Le Chable. Breakfast was simple but filling and nice, and the restaurant/cafe during other times is very good. Rooms are simple but if you're here to ski and just need a place to sleep I highly recommend staying here.
The hosts (owners?) were so good to us. Our dinner that night was by far my favorite in Switzerland because all the courses tasted delicious and they were served with such kindness and professionalism. That morning, we said we would skip breakfast because we were leaving early for our hike. Yet they left us a delicious spread of food--even a pitcher of fresh orange juice and thermoses full of warm coffee--all arranged in a beautiful way on our table for two. It's really a special place.
Hosts met up when we arrived and provided lots of good information for the stay. The location is good and with a short walk to the cable station for going up to Verbier or Bruson. We rented our skis down by the cable station and stored them there overnight - that's a recommended arrangement if you want to avoid carrying all the equipment up to the studio.
Wonderful staff who are all so friendly welcoming and helpful. I liked that the hotel is family run, it’s really close to the train station and it also has the most amazing restaurant. Comfortable room and great views of the river, cable cars and mountain.
Laurance was great. She welcomed us, showed us to our nice room and was willing to help in anything we needed . This is a nice little hotel, very comfortable and friendly. I highly recommend, specially for people along the Houte route, as we were.
A quirky converted barn. Cute, lovely furnishings. Very tidy, has everything one would need! The host was very helpful and friendly :) Le Châble is a lovely little village and access to Verbier is great. I would definitely highly recommend :)
Cosy chalet with a well equipped kitchen in a handy location (easy access to cable car up to Verbier and beyond). Hosts were very helpful and provided local information, help with booking restaurants and ski lockers etc.
Beautiful hotel with kind personal and perfect location (5min walking to the Telecabin)The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!
Unusual budget hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Small, odd shaped room, but it had a very comfortable bed, good closet space and clean bath.
Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Annie went out of her way to help me get to and from le chable- the best experience of all my 30+ bookings on here.
With powder magazine in a frame on the wall, ski themed pillows on couch and Le Bec Des Rosses documentary stuffed in DVD player you know this is right where you wanted to be to experience Verbier / 4 Vallees. Add a beautiful mountain view you can enjoy from sofa right in front of the apartment, ideal for lunch on a slack day. This place was like a dream. I loved it!
