Our room was clean. Note that the so called parking is a super market parking, where everyone parks for free and it’s open to any passer by. But the hotel will make guests pay for the super market parking. The attitude of some staff and the management are not very professional, they will probably try to deny the facts instead of taking seriously the many negative comments on their attitude. The lady at breakfast was the only nice one.

Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.
