Amazing!! One of the best hotel breakfasts I've tried outside of Brazil. When I booked the room I was already excited about the jacuzzi on the balcony, but I didn't imagine it would be so wonderful relaxing with the view of the mountain and we were also lucky that the sky was clear at night, which gave us the view of the most starry sky I've seen. When we left we already missed the hotel. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

The owner is very kind, he gave us the guest cards which saved us a lot money on the bus tickets. The breakfast was great!

I enjoyed the view of the mountains in the morning and the location right next to the lake for easy access

one of the best Hotels I've stayed in, the room wasn't the most luxurious but very cosy and clean, the view of the lake was breathtaking, the owner and staff are the nicest people, the breakfast is very good, and dinner was delicious

7-minute walking to train station

Magical! What a nice and cozy decoration. Wonderfull restaurant and atmosphere. And above all, the stuff was awesome! Thanks for all!

Everything!!! The confortable and cleanest rooms, the beds with the conforter, all the furniture with great taste,, the roomy decks with the greatest views of the lake surrounded by the Mountains The Breakfast, typical swiss food and delicious. The amnenities, a challenge minigolf with the big cows and lambs at the other side of the fence. Also, the kidnest and organize staff that help you all the way of your stay. Simply the best hotel in Swisserland. .

The person responsible of the Hotel was super nice and welcoming, the room was all recently renewed, great mastress and bedsheets, and the breakfast was also a very good surprise!! We absolutely recommend it!

Fantastic place for kids. Very clean rooms. Very helpful staff. We came back a second time!

It is absolutely perfect in every way!

Great value and fab location to walk to water area for dinner

Convenient location adjacent to the train station. Warm service, very clean and hygienic, and a scenic restaurant. Filling and balanced breakfast. Decent-sized room, spotless with all necessary amenities. My balcony room has AC, a hairdryer and a kettle, plus daily free water. Ideal for travelers. Strongly recommend!

A wonderful family-run hotel with warm and genuine hospitality. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh options and a breathtaking view of the lake. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located to explore the town, the lake, and nearby towns

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel-Restaurant Seegarten-Marina on Christmas Eve 2025. The hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. My guestoom was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a balcony that looked up to the castle. The WIfI connection was strong. The Breakfast Buffet was equipped with a variety of hot and cold options including sliced ham, turkey, fish, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, bread, eggs, cereals, fruit and more. Christmas Eve dinner was superb. It was comforting to see that even local people frequent this restaurant. This certainly adds value.

All the room with the best view ever

It was a different experience given the nostalgic style of the hotel, but it was a very positive one! The showers and bathrooms are very well equipped and clean, the rooms were cozy, and the restaurant was very convenient. I can only recommend the homemade tomato soup. They even packed a sandwich for me since I'd leave very early to hike and therefore skip breakfast. The staff was really attentive.

Everything, room, built by wood, great staff, cosy, great view.

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Good breakfast. Restaurant also great. Kids have lot of option to play.

Such a beautiful place with a view & everything perfect. Just far from interlake approx 1 hour 10 minutes. But good facilities & Also good food available.

Breakfast was good, personnel very kind and helpful, big room with everything we needed, everything was clean, nice and inviting. There seems to be good sound isolation as we did not hear anything from any of the neighboring rooms. Wifi worked perfectly, no issues, same with the TV. Very quiet area and very close (5 minutes walking) to the train station which also has a quite extensive mini-super-market, open until later in the evening. Good pizza place practically next to the hotel, a couple of minutes walk, as well as a bigger supermarket very close too. Nice sitting room(s) if you want to take a break someplace else than in the room. Nice view towards the mountains from the restaurant/terrace. The hotel also has a Confisserie/Tea-Room with delicious sweets and cakes.

Amazing view over Thun Lake. The sunrise view is particularly lovely. Super accommodating personnel.

I loved the location in the small town of Frutigen. The hotel was close to the bus and train station making everything very accessible. The hotel staff were super nice, the breakfast was great, and the room was perfect for our needs.

Excellent location for exploring the Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald area. The room was big enough, and the shared bathroom felt like a home bathroom, which was nice. The personnel were very accommodating.
