Staffless reception and self chek-in was a bit of a new process for me, but I got there without too many problems. Room was quite large with a nice big shower cubicle. Hotel was quiet, as there didn't seem to be many guests staying there. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings of bread, croissants cold meat, cheeses and ceresls etc. Coffees, teas and fruit juices available and fruit. Didn't see one member of staff during my overnight stay, but I suppose I didn' really need one either.

Peaceful place. The host is chill, helpfull and a good cook ! The rooms are clean and spacious. I did a nice mtb trail in the vicinity, the Tiersteinberg route. I'd certainly recommend the place.

We had a lovely stay with our two toddlers! The room was specious, clean, pleasant and comfortable for all of us. We asked if it was possible to do laundry as we were on a multi day cycle tour, and were answered with a smile and an instant help at the hotel’s washing machine, for no additional charge. And not to mention the superb view over the Rhine directly from our room window! Thank you for the kind and lovely hospitality!

The entire Bata Club Haus was unavailable due to renovations when I stayed there. There were only rooms available for travellers. Thanks to this, the whole place was really quiet and it was a great place to rest without being disturbed by any noise. There is also a petrol station nearby with a car wash, so a nice place to prepare your car before or after a trip.

All empty, didnt see any staff during 4 days, no room...

All empty, didnt see any staff during 4 days, no room service ,self check in didnt work, rooms like cold garages, no stile , poor brakefest, ask at check in to shorten the stay from 5 to 4 days, wasent exepted, full payment.
