Conveniently located in the city center, a few blocks from Plaza de Armas square and the historical museum, Lady Florence Dixie offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in Puerto Natales. We stayed twice at this hotel. Firstly we got a room in the main building on the first floor, secondly in the back building, ground floor. Both rooms were clean and spacious with nice bathrooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. One morning we received a breakfast box at 6am as we had an early trip and it was a nice surprise, we enjoyed it. We kept our luggage in their storage between the 2 stays (for 4.5 days), which was a big plus for us. Good breakfast. Good location, wifi worked with no problems. Good water pressure in the shower. Helpful staff.

Puerto Natales is a wonderful town. It offers many points of interest. My favorite spots were the pastry shop around the corner from the Hotel Vendaval, where I stayed. I ate at El Botas, which served delicious fish and cocktails. Also had breakfast at the restaurant next door to the Vendaval. The beach was only 2 blocks away. Everything was within easy walking distance. The view, drinks, and bartender on the top of the Vendaval were top notch. I enjoyed watching the sunset from this high perch overlooking the houses and the sea. Every Puerto Natales resident I met from the local shop keepers, waiters, guide, to hotel staff went out of their way to ensure I had a good time. Everyone was very nice and kind. I would return in a heartbeat.
Puerto Natales is a hub place to rest and stay while visiting the Torres del Paine National Park (this is the one and only place you can’t miss). Downtown is nice for a day walk, have a beer, eat lamb or crab fish and buy local stuff. There are lots of good restaurants outside downtown too.
Amazing city. Tons of activities to do, specially if you are into trekking. Very nice and good restaurants, for example Vinnhaus, Santoya and La Forastera. You can go to visit: Torres del Paine, the glaciers, Laguna Sofía (and do a trekking to the Condor nests), the Mylodon Cave or even go to Punta Arenas. It's a good idea to rent a car, so you'll have more freedom to go to all the places. And in every trip you may see a lot of savage animals and the distinctive colors of the sky. Be prepared for a lot of wind.
Puerto Natales is a weird tiny city at the end of the world. Its a great place to start an adventure in (e.g.) Torres del Paine and surrounding. I dont think Puerto Natales itself (inner city) has enough to offer to fill more than a weekend - but the surrounding has for sure.
Puerto Natales is the jump of point if your visiting the Torres del Paine National Park. Lots of great small restaurants. If you forgot some hiking gear you will have plenty of choices to buy it in Puerto Natales.
Because Puerto Natales is the largest city within immediate proximity to Torres del Paine National Park, it is a perfect starting and/or ending place for travelers who are hoping to trek Patagonia. Puerto Natales is a port city located about two hours south of Torres del Paine by bus, travelers may also elect to rent a vehicle (from the many rental services that operate out of Puerto Natales) in order to reach the park. I would recommend that travels plan to stay a night in Puerto Natales before spending at least a week in the park. The park is marvelous and very large, it is necessary to plan backpacking trips in advance. Following a week of backpacking, other other outdoor adventures, Puerto Natales is a perfect place to recuperate, relax, etc. Puerto Natales itself is quaint, has some lovely bars and empanaderias, as well as a fantastic Municipal Historical Museum, which features evidence of the milodon, a prehistoric giant sloth that roamed the far south
Puerto Natales
The hosts are super friendly and the place is very comfortable with everything you need. We had a very good rest. Our bus was very early at 7 am and they even prepared a super breakfast at 6am with hot eggs, fruit, bread, cheese and ham, cakes, hot coffee and a lot more! The hosts help keep our luggage till we come back from the national park and even offered to take us to the bus station and gave us a lot of advice for our coming trip! The best hotel we stayed ever in Chile and highly recommend to everyone!
Puerto Natales
It is called a hostal but I think the room that I stayed is more like a hotel. Our room is very clean and comes with a bathroom with shower. The single person room does not come with bathroom. The owner and staff are super helpful and you can book individual tours with them. We did a private tour to Torres del paine with the owner's recommendation and it worked out great.
Very nice hotel in an excellent and picturesque location just on the edge of Puerto Natales. Spacious and comfortable rooms with contemporary decor and lovely views if you have the rooms facing the sea fjord. Very good breakfast, in a room with nice views. Friendly staff.
Amazing view on the bay with its fisher boats and cargo, mountains in the back. The hotel is very modern and very well decorated. The breakfast is great. Much higher standard than usually in Chile
Puerto Natales
Upgrade to the suite was great. The huge bed was brilliant. The menu in the restaurant was a nice change from the usual food in Puerto Natales.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the center of town.

hermoso el hotel y las vistas
Puerto Natales
Great location, comfortable rooms. Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Well setup for early morning departure to Torres del Paine (will give you early brekkie and arrange a lunch pack) and more than happy to hold your luggage for the duration of your hike without any issue. Would highly recommend.
