The hospitality of the owner and staff was outstanding. The hotel is set in beautiful tranquil gardens with a lovely swimming pool and nice outdoor dining terrace. Our room was traditional, a good size, clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food- especially the fish- and is reasonably priced. There is also a good wine selection.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!
