We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to fantastic food, shopping, and major attractions. The service was outstanding and thoughtfully catered to all of our needs. The owners were incredibly warm and helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for restaurants and must-see spots around the city. The hotel itself is calm, zen, and beautifully modern, with a friendly team that truly enhances the overall experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chaozhou and looking for a relaxing yet well-located place to stay.

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions. The boutique hotel is located on the busiest street but could barely hear the noise from the street, also tastefully decorated. The staff were outstanding, attentive, helpful & warm, especially the front desk “小吴“, he was Google, asked & should be answered 👍. The kitchen 阿姨too, would make sure we like & enjoy our breakfast. We felt very at home here.

All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would say their hospitality and willing to help is A+. If I may suggest, some fluency with the English language would be great appreciated. I think because it is the hospitality industry and English is more universal, it would be extremely helpful for non-Chinese speaking guests.
