We had a fantastic stay at Elephant and Moon resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout the stay, they helped with accommodating our needs, and delivering food from the restaurant to our room. The breakfast had many options and the dinner menu was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities were very clean and the surrounding environment truly captures the natural beauty. We truly enjoyed our stay.We look forward to visiting Elephant and Moon again.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Beautiful design of the hotel and rooms, breakfast quality and variety, very cool indoor pool. I would definitely come back next time in Hangzhou.

The rooms are new, big and very comfortable. Expecialy there is a sofa and a table that makes also to work possible. There is a nice swimming pool and an independent restaurant that is good. The staff is kind but a part for a man that could speak well english the other did not and this made things sometime difficult. However we had twice a problem with the air condition and using the translator they could understand and fix it. To work at the westlake university is the best option. To visit the city it is possible to take a taxi, that are efficient and cheap in China.
