Great location less than 100m from the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Very good breakfast. Easy to walk up to night market and shopping centre which has lots of cafes and restaurants as well as nice shops.

The property has a very clean tidy and happy vibe with an excellent spa and well maintained indoor swimming pool. The bar and restaurants have a good international collection. You also have a wide collection of food options in the Wanda plaza next door.

The hotel design is beautiful and thoughtfully reflects the local character and culture, creating a strong sense of place. The atmosphere is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience.

The room, breakfast menu, easy to access, friendly staff. Only a little bit of a problem in communication due to language barriers, but the staff try their best to assist us as guests.

The staff was amazing especially the lady manager that was on site, she is really an asset to the business. She allowed me to check out late at 3pm as my flight was in the night. The bedroom was really comfy

Very friendly people and the room is really big! They helped me to get to an ATM and called a taxi for the airport.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is more than sufficient space to move around. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
