The location is what attracted us at first. Once we arrived we were by the cleanliness, welcoming staff and extremely competent and helpful. Guest experience manager Mr. Wang went out of his way many times to accommodate us and help us in so many things we needed to do. Truly amazing team. Highly recommended.

The room and amenities are top notch clean and comfortable. The staffs at the exec lounge are extremely polite and helpful. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast buffet was an 11 out of 10. Loving the room sizes and two double beds in the twin rooms too. Complementary transport to Canton Fair very convenient. Beautifully located next to the Central Park area and walking distance to Canton Tower. Many restaurants and food options near by. When Guangzhou I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou is the first landmark 5-star luxury hotel, it showcases a perfect blend of Cantonese heritage and contemporary sophistication. I went with a friend to spend a weekend and it was so nice! First, the hotel staff and manager was very helpful when my friend arrived and, because of the Canton Fair, she needed to take a test to enter the room. The hotel manager (she doesn't remember the name) was very helpful and treated her very nicely. When we arrived the next day we asked for a non smoking room and since there wasn't any they upgraded us to a suite, it was so comfortable! The hotel staff in general is very helpful and warm, especially the girl who was at the reception desk, I think her name is Shirley. She was so nice and helpful, the treatment we received was excellent. The staff at the pool also gave us some drinks ;)
